Join us for an exclusive cooking class, led by our talented Chef Clement, as we showcase the prized white asparagus - a seasonal delicacy specially flown in from Spargelhof Holste, Germany. Known for its tender texture and subtle, slightly nutty sweetness, white asparagus is a springtime treasure that’s only available for a limited period.
Chef Clement will guide you through its preparation, sharing expert tips on how to enhance its buttery flavour with fresh herbs, citrus, and rich sauces like hollandaise.
